Joinan's Rules & Terms — Know your rights and responsibilities

Joinan is an online betting and gaming platform operating under the licence of an international gaming authority. All services offered on this platform are intended solely for entertainment and lawful use.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Joinan. These guidelines are in place to ensure a fair and transparent environment for everyone.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳200, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with Joinan's policy.
• Accounts found to be involved in irregular betting patterns or match-fixing will be permanently closed.

Odds may change during live betting due to internet connectivity issues or technical delays. Joinan accepts no special liability in such circumstances. All decisions made by Joinan regarding odds and markets are considered final.

Joinan supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 and minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• The method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same (the same bKash/Nagad number).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 1 minute.
• Bank transfers require a minimum of ৳10,000 and take 1–3 business days to process.
• In line with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

If suspicious financial activity is detected, Joinan may temporarily place a hold on payments at any time. In such cases, the user may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.

Joinan regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions must be met to take advantage of these offers.

• Each bonus carries its own individual Wagering Requirement.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and is not available on subsequent deposits.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification.
